3 Pacchi di Trofie Tricolori (3 X 500g)
These artisanal “trofie” are short twisted pasta made according to a traditional recipe, slowly and naturally dried, then cut into irregular shapes. Their distinctive rough finish ensures that condiments and sauces will coat them perfectly.

3 Pacchi di Foglie d’Ulivo agli Spinaci (3 X 500g)
The “Foglie d’Ulivo agli Spinaci” (Spinach Olive Leaves) are a typical pasta from Liguria. They are made according to the traditional recipe, with the addition of pureed spinach for color. They are then shaped into olive leaves and slowly and naturally dried. This pasta also has a rough texture that makes it easy for sauce to cling to the leaves..

1 Carciofini Nature interi del Frantoio di Oneglia (290g)
Only the best artichoke hearts are preserved (in extra virgin olive oil) for the Carciofini Nature line. Crunchy and with a distinctive fresh flavor, they are the ideal ingredient to enhance a tuna and olive salad but are also excellent on their own.

1 Misto Funghi di Frantoio (280g)
A variety of mushrooms, including porcini, make a great topping for bruschetta or pasta, or can be served alone on an antipasto plate.

2 Creme di Pomodori Secchi e Mandorle I Peccatucci di Mamma Andrea (2 X 200g)
Made from Sicilian sun-dried tomatoes, and enhanced with extra virgin olive oil, almonds, the freshest onions, anchovies, capers, mint, basil, garlic and pepper, this delicious savory spread is ideal to for bruschetta and crostini, or used as sauce for pasta.

2 Olive taggiasche del Frantoio (2 X 180g)
The “olive taggiasche” are a Ligurian specialty grown in the western part of the region. The name comes from the town of Taggia. They are small, fleshy olives with a very tasty flavor, excellent on their own or in cooking.

Founded in 1605, Giusti is the oldest producer of Aceto Balsamico di Modena and boasts a rich history of awards, including 14 gold medals in the European World Exhibitions of the late 1800s! Their excellent vinegars are produced according to an historical recipe, and the classic bottle design reflects the lauded history.
